Important note: skew times according to when you wake up. If you consume a beverage early or late, not to worry. It’s important to listen to your body and adjust the timeline to best support you during your 3-5 days of liquids only.
Drink Water!
It’s recommend to drink plenty of water – 64 ounces or more throughout the day. Drinking water further aids in the detoxification process by helping the body to flush out the waste.
Cleanse Tips
* Keep your cleanse well refrigerated.
* Heat the morning lemon juice, herbal teas and soup. Consume warm.
* To heat the teas, boil a pot of water, divide the tea into half and pour 1/2 cup of hot water into each half.
* For the soup, warm on the stovetop over low heat. Add water to thin, if desired.
* The remainder of the beverages are suggested to be consumed cold or at room temp.
